App versus browser: when to use each
Our romfun app keeps your login session active across app closes, caches table-limit information so you load pages faster offline, and sends push notifications for withdrawal status and new table openings. The browser version is lightweight and requires no storage space, making it ideal if you switch devices often. Both access the same account and payment methods, so choose based on your usage habit: daily players benefit from the app; casual browsers prefer web access.

The romfun app runs on Android 7.0 and higher (covering most phones from 2016 onward) and iOS 12+ (iPhone 5S and newer). Browser access works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We do not require high specs — the app uses about 45 MB of storage after installation and runs smoothly on devices with as little as 2 GB RAM.
Common installation issues and how to resolve them
If the APK fails to install on Android, verify that you have toggled "Unknown Sources" in Settings and that your storage has at least 100 MB free space. On iOS, if you see a certificate-trust prompt, tap "Trust" and proceed — we use industry-standard signing. If the app crashes on launch, clear your browser cache or reinstall the APK. If you cannot download the file, ensure your internet connection is stable and try again from a different network (mobile data versus WiFi). Data, permissions, and account security on romfun
When you install our romfun app, we ask permission to access your device's camera (for video verification during KYC), microphone (for live-table chat), and location (to verify you are in a supported jurisdiction). Your login credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication via SMS or an authenticator app adds an extra layer; we recommend enabling it after your first login.
